Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the young woman as Mary Pulido.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Toxicity, Clinical

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
