The coroner’s office identified the woman as Mary Garcia.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Tear at Tracheal Bifurcation with Air Leak

Cause of Death B: Status Post Anesthesia/Mitral Valve Replacement Surgery

Cause of Death C: Probable Rheumatic Mitral Valve Stenosis/Regurgitation

Other Significant Condition: Coronary Artery Disease with Cardiomegaly
