Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Martin Ishak.
Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Jairoudi.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 10:57 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 3, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
