Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Latino male that occurred at an encampment.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Martin Cornejo.

RIP MARTIN CORNEJO (January 26, 1991 – November 24, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 8:07 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
