(L.A.) Mark Racco, 57, Died From Polydrug Use

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Mark Racco.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Methamphetamine and Cocaine Effects

RIP MARK RACCO (July 29, 1966 – June 25, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 29, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose.
