(L.A.) Mark Cooper, 23, Died at a Welfare Organization

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old Black male that occurred at a welfare organization.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Mark Cooper.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Trauma
