(L.A.) Marizhyan Oganesyan, 44, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Marizhyan Oganesyan and listed her race/ethnicity as Middle Eastern or North African [sic].

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Bromazolam and Hydrocodone

RIP MARIZHYAN OGANESYAN (September 3, 1980 – February 28, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 10:02 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
