(L.A.) Mario Gonzalez, 63, Died at a Business

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred at a business.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Mario Gonzalez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

RIP MARIO GONZALEZ (April 16, 1959 – December 27, 2022)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 6:22 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Mario Gonzalez” in public records.
