(L.A.) Mario Espinoza, 47, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Mario Espinoza.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Citalopram, Methamphetamine, and Trazodone

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-January, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
