(L.A.) Marino Martinez, 29, Died in a Walkway

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred in a walkway.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Marino Martinez.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Effects

RIP MARINO MARTINEZ (July 31, 1993 – January 18, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 11:05 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.

This was an accidental drug overdose.
