Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 73-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Maria Tadeo.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Ischemic Heart Disease

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Kidney Disease, Diabetes Mellitus, and Hypothyroidism

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on November 14.
