The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Maria Orozco Garcia.

Cause of Death A: Septic Shock

Cause of Death B: Candida Fungemia

Cause of Death C: Left Leg Above the Knee Amputation Site Infection

Cause of Death D: History of Left Femur Fracture Due to Fall

Other Significant Conditions: Non-Alcoholic Liver Cirrhosis, Urinary Tract Infection
