Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 83-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Maria Lopez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Diabetes Mellitus, Unknown Type

Other Significant Conditions: Dementia, Hypertension, Humerus and Femur Fractures
