Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Japanese female that occurred in an assisted living facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Margaret Yamaguchi.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Multiple Sharp Force Injuries
