Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 24-year-old Latino male that occurred at an embankment.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Manuel Rosales-Barron.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 2:56 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in September, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
