Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 89-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Manuel Alvarado Meraz.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Complications of Multiple Blunt Force Injuries

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Chronic Kidney Disease

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 3.
