The coroner’s office identified the man as Malcolm Cheadle and listed his race/ethnicity as Black + White/Caucasian.

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Hypertrophic Heart Disease

Other Significant Condition: Morbid Obesity
