Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Black female that occurred in a tent.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Magnolia Morris.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP MAGNOLIA MORRIS (January 23, 1980 – June 4, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 5:17 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in September presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
