(L.A.) Machaley West, 24, Died From Fentanyl

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 24-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office identified the young woman as Machaley West.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:01 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 26, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose.
