(L.A.) Lyova Heroyan, 35, Died on Cherokee Avenue in Hollywood

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old male that occurred at his apartment residence in the 90038.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Lyova Heroyan and listed his race/ethnicity as Middle Eastern or North African [sic].

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Multiple Gunshot Wounds

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

The decedent was apparently one of three people shot at the apartment building at 1237 North Cherokee Avenue. This happened at around 1:30 a.m.
