(L.A.) Luke Coughlin, 24, Died on the 405 Freeway

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 24-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on the San Diego Freeway in Torrance.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Luke Coughlin.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Blunt Trauma

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 12:04 a.m.
The decedent ws one of two men killed in a multi-vehicle crash on the southbound San Diego (405) Freeway in Torrance.
California Highway Patrol said the incident was reported at 11:44 p.m. Monday south of Crenshaw Boulevard.
A witness told the CHP they saw a vehicle hit the center divider and debris flew over to the northbound side. At least two of the involved vehicles were described as sedans. One of the involved vehicles overturned.
