(L.A.) Luis Manrique Cusba, 37, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Luis Manrique Cusba.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, and MDMA (Methylenedioxymethamphetamine)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 10:10 a.m.

The government investigator had initially spelled the decedent’s name as Luis Manrique Cuzva, then changed it to Cuzba, and then to Cusba.

Jeffrey Guilmette is paid at least $140,436 a year in his job.
