(L.A.) Luis Mancillas Avila, 28, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Luis Mancillas Avila.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 8:58 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 26, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
