RIP LUIS DE LA ROSA GALLO (February 10, 1968 – May 30, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 10:55 p.m.

The decedent was born in Jalisco, Mexico. It appears he had already had two legs amputated years before his demise. Studies have shown that life expectancy is less than three years in diabetic patients who undergo below-knee amputation. Survival could be predicted by duration of insulin use, age, sex, and renal insufficiency.
