(L.A.) Luis Chicas, 55, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Luis Chicas.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Alcohol Toxicity

RIP LUIS CHICAS (September 18, 1967 – August 6, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 10:35 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 7, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
