Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Hispanic/Latino, White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Luis Chavez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt Head Trauma
