RIP LUCIANO TEADORO BRASH (February 27, 1977 – October 21, 2008)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m.
The decedent’s body was dumped in the lobby of an Alhambra medical office. Apparently, he was shot at a home around the corner from the facility.
Surveillance video shows two men carrying the victim’s limp body into the Pacific Orthopaedic & Medical Center on South Garfield Avenue. The pair then dropped Brash’s body on the lobby floor and left. The footage also captured a white Infinity G35 driving into the parking lot of the facility before the body was dropped.
The two men were identified as Sam Lock Sui of Alhambra and Samuel Patrick Groft of Los Angeles. Sui was quickly identified and arrested.
Authorities issued warrants for Groft and a third suspect, Scott Young Kim, 37, of Los Angeles. Kim is believed to be the shooter.
The decedent himself had been arrested in June 2007 for grand theft.
