The coroner’s office has identified the man as Louis Essex.

Cause of Death: Hypertensive and Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 6:53 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 2, presumably after the results of tox screening came back negative for substances.
