The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Lorraine Nuno.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine, Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: History of Hypertension, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Asthma, Pulmonary Fibrosis, and Chronic Alcohol Use
