Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Latino male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Lionel Gonzalez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

RIP LIONEL GONZALEZ (September 27, 1980 – November 13, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 7:25 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 4, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
