(L.A.) Linda De La Rosa, 55, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Linda De La Rosa.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cerebrovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 6:44 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-May, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
