Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Black male that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Lincoln Greene of Sun Valley.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Alprazolam Effects
Other Significant Condition: Alcohol Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 5:09 p.m.
This was an accidental drug overdose, not a suicide.
The decedent lived at Unit 13 of 10749 New Haven Street, Sun Valley, CA 91352. He was found dead inside Unit 25.
