RIP LEUANE CHOUNLABOUT (February 6, 1941 – December 4, 2020)

The decedent was found lifeless, lying on his back surrounded by a tangle of electrical cords connecting heat lamps to a greenhouse generator outside Palmdale. He had arrived two days earlier to help harvest the cannabis plants.

The name appears to be Laotian. Many cannabis harvesters are from the Khmer / Cambodian / Hmong communities.
