Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Leticia Amaya.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Kidney Disease; Hypercholesterolemia; Insulin-Dependent Diabetes Mellitus

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Leticia Martinez.
