Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Leonard Mouton.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death A: Septic Shock

Cause of Death B: Urinary Tract Infection

Cause of Death C: Neurogenic Bladder

Cause of Death D: Paraplegia Due to Multiple Remote Gunshot Wounds

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Sacral Decubitus Ulcers, Chronic Indwelling Foley Catheter, Seizure Disorder, Right Nephrectomy, Colostomy, Polysubstance Abuse
