(L.A.) Leon Gallardo, 29, Died From Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Leon Gallardo.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine and Fentanyl
RIP LEON GALLARDO (November 10, 1994 – April 29, 2024)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 7:00 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in early June, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
