The coroner’s office has identified the man as Lemuel Perry.

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 12:14 p.m.

This was either a heart attack (myocardial infarction) or cardiac arrest.
