The coroner’s office identified the man as Lee Davis.

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 6:10 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
