The coroner’s office has identified the man as Larry Salisbury.

Cause of Death A: Acute Hypoxemic and Hypercapnic Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death B: Septic Shock

Cause of Death C: Multilobar Pneumonia

Cause of Death D: Probable Stage Iv Metastic Lung Cancer
