The coroner’s office has identified the man as Larry Plaxco.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Fentanyl Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: History of Hypertension, Asthma, Dementia

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
