Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.
The coroner’s office identified the woman as Lara Adams.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects
RIP LARA ROSE ADAMS (April 16, 1988 – September 4, 2025)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.
This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
