(L.A.) Kyung Hah, 84, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 84-year-old Asian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Kyung Hah.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Urosepsis

Cause of Death B: Cervical Central Cord Syndrome and Functional Quadriplegia

Cause of Death C: History of Ground-Level Fall

Other Significant Conditions: Pressure Ulcers, Osteomyelitis, Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Chronic Kidney Disease, Left Lower-Extremity Hematoma, Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm
