The coroner’s office identified the woman as Kristin Chaney.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Diabetic Ketoacidosis

Cause of Death B: Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus

Other Significant Condition: Chronic Alcohol Use Disorder

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 7:26 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on March 23.
