Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Black female that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Krischelle Howard.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine
RIP KRISCHELLE HOWARD (July 20, 1973 – May 22, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 6:45 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 17, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
