The coroner’s office identified the infant boy as King Smith and listed his race/ethnicity as Hispanic + Black.

Cause of Death A: Intrauterine Fetal Demise

Cause of Death B: Congenital Syphilis

Cause of Death C: Untreated Maternal Infection
