Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old male that occurred at a bus terminal.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Keyauntay Head.

Born in San Francisco County. Mother’s maiden name is Williams.

Height: 5 feet 10 inches / Weight: 200 pounds

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 2:01 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 29, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
