Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kevin Belville.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 10:38 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 15, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
