(L.A.) Kenneth Neese, 60, Died at a Freeway Off-Ramp

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a freeway off-ramp.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Kenneth Neese.
