(L.A.) Keith Foster, 64, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Keith Foster.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP KEITH FOSTER (September 23, 1960 – April 1, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
