The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Keiko Murakami.

Cause of Death: Complications of Colon Cancer

Other Significant Condition: History of Cerebrovascular Stroke

RIP KEIKO MURAKAMI (March 22, 1931 – June 28, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 10:37 p.m.

The decedent’s name is Japanese. むらかみ けいこ / ムラカミ ケイコ

The government investigator had initially misspelled the decedent’s surname as Murakmai before later making the correction.
